The newly built Perelada Winery, designed by RCR Architects, winners of the 2017 Pritzker Prize, represents a new level of achievement. It is the first winery in Europe to earn LEED GOLD sustainability certification, exemplifying our commitment to the environment. The winery also offers one of the most comprehensive enotourism experiences in the country, combining world-class wine with innovative design and hospitality.

Empordà is a small region that boasts a rare diversity of soils, ranging from slate slopes and sandy valleys to fluvial sediments, clay-silt, and gravel soils. This unique geological variety enables Perelada to cultivate grapes with an extraordinary range of flavors and textures, allowing us to produce wines that are rich in complexity and full of character.

The decision to build a new winery is in line with the values ​​that have been the pillars of the company since its inception: the vocation to make great quality wines and a belief in experimentation and innovation. It is also the culmination of a century-long love story between the family who owns the company and the Empordà region.
