The essence of Podere dei folli is to represent Valtènesi and the dolce vita you find on the Brescian shore of Lake Garda in a glass of rosé wine. We hand down the value of 4 generations of winemakers by focusing on the authenticity and eco-sustainability of our wines. Podere dei folli represents craftsmanship. We take meticulous care of the vineyards to be able to obtain high-end wines while producing with respect for the environment. We enhance the native grape varieties of the area such as Groppello present in a prevalent percentage in most of our wines. Podere dei Folli has the experience of 4 generations in this field. It was among the pioneers in organic in 2002 in Valtènesi investing in biodiversity and eco-sustainability of the vineyard. In the winery, most fermentations are performed with selected indigenous yeasts and using simple and non-invasive winemaking practices. The wines we produce are extremely refined and elegant, transmitting unique emotions to those who taste them. For us, rosé wine is not a wine but a way of life.
Podere dei Folli is a winery that produces high-quality rosé wines in the Valtènesi area of Lake Garda. Its wines are made from native grape varieties such as Groppello, grown using organic and environmentally friendly methods. Among its specialties are the rosés Preafète, Béspoi, Dama and a 100% Groppello red called Vegna, which best express the character and elegance of the terroir.
