5 Fantastic tour and wine in top end (Regina )We learned a lot about how to produce really good wine. We have been at other wine producers, and could both see and taste the difference when the grappes and wine are produced much more manuelle, only with the best grappes, no machine pressing ex.. 15.000 bottles was manuelle turned by hand several times each day. To "clean" the wine before corking it (you need to see for understanding). This was also one of the job our tourguide, Caroline, did douring her woorking day. She was also fantastic. University educated in vinery and spoke a perfect and fluid English. No questions was unanswered, bravo. Youngest wine was 6 years. So naturally also in the higher prize level, but ok for this quality of wine. They have all types of wine, red, white, rose, sparkling ex.. So for us it was a good experience and a bit expensive, as we also left with 3 boxes of our favorite wine

5 Tour & Tasting Experience - Fantastic! (Simone)We took the €70 option but unfortunately the weather was great for any outdoor tour. However, the rest of the experience was fantastic, the wines are beautiful we tasted 9 of them and a little Grappo to complete the tasting. The meats & cheese were lovely and nicely enhanced the experience. The lady who hosted us was very knowledgeable and very pleasant to talk to about the winery. The tour indoor tour was informative and interesting although didn’t see all of the processes mentioned in the advert. Overall, we loved it

5 Fantastic experience (christian)We were warmly welcomed and we spent two very pleasant hours tasting unique wines, made with both the ancestral method and the classic method. Great care was also taken in the choice of food products that accompany the tasting, especially the focaccias, made with the estate's flours. Highly recommended

5 Passion (Erika)I noticed the great passion that the Pasini family, including their employees, pours into carrying on a wonderful work started in the 20th century by the founder of the eponymous winery. Tradition and innovation, combined in an exemplary way, compliments. Everything was told with professionalism and passion by Erika, a "historic" seasonal employee of the winery, who had the remarkable ability to capture our attention so as to make even the technical notions light and understandable during the approximately 2-hour tour. The only less positive note was being told a short time before the start of the tour that it would be conducted in English instead of Italian; however, Erika and the owner immediately made themselves available, if needed, to translate anything not understood. Tour certainly recommended!
