Visitors are invited to discover the unique flavors of these wines and immerse themselves in a wine tourism experience that celebrates the beauty of the Belice Valley and the authenticity of its production.
Salvatore Tamburello Winery produces high-quality organic wines exclusively from Sicilian grape varieties, using only grapes cultivated in its own vineyards. Each wine’s name reflects the cadastral plot number of the vineyard where the grapes are grown.
The unfiltered single-varietal wines include the 306 N, an organic Nero d'Avola (DOC Sicilia); the 204 N, an organic Grillo (DOC Sicilia); the 797 N, an organic Catarratto (IGT Terre Siciliane); and the Trebbiano N, an organic Trebbiano (IGT Terre Siciliane).
The filtered wines consist of the 306, an organic Nero d'Avola (DOC Sicilia); the 204, an organic Grillo (DOC Sicilia); and the Primo Blend, an organic IGP Terre Siciliane wine made from 63% Trebbiano and 37% Catarratto.
The sparkling wine, 30 MESI, is a fine organic sparkling wine (IGT Terre Siciliane) crafted using the classic method. Aged 30 months on lees with zero dosage, it is a blend of 65% Grillo and 35% Catarratto from the 2019 vintage.
