5 Amazing! (Giorgio)This is without question, the best wine tasting we have ever done. The location is stunning, the food is exceptional the staff are so lovely. I can’t fault it. It would also make the most perfect wedding venue. Make sure you go if you’re in Sicily. It’s an absolute gem!

3 Just okay (DOMENICO)Our guide was friendly enough, but her enthusiasm was not really there. When we met at the beginning she said the temperature was too chilly so we’d skip the outdoor vineyard tour for the time being and do the inside tour first. She didn’t ever take us outside for the vineyard tour! Also, we were supposed to see the honey bees/hives and she didn’t do that either even though we told her we are beekeepers and expressed an interest. The food was good and her knowledge of the wines seemed good too - she just didn’t seem to be that into being there. She never talked about the olive oils or honey and didn’t really promote the sale of any of the products. Truthfully, we probably would have bought olive oil and some wine had she even mentioned it.

5 October tour and tasting (ANDREA MARIA)My family and I had the best time trying different wines and olive oils. We learned so much about how everything is harvested, processed and what the different types of each taste like. The host was very friendly and informative and we even got to see the locals working on their own olive oil! I would highly recommend adding this stop in your journey, and if I’m ever in the area again I will gladly make another stop!

5 Lovely experience! (Hannah)Lots of delicious local food and great wines! It was one of our best wine (and food) tastings ever. Only, remember not to eat before coming.... it is really a lot! (Unfortunately we were not able to finish all of it and hopefully there is not a lot of food or drinks going to waste...).

5 Young winemaker changing the world (Paolo)Paolo, the host of the tour, young winemaker of sicily, is very kind and passionate. He clearly knows what he wants to make, and he's making it happen. They kindly explain the wines even during the tasting, and give us plenty of time to enjoy.

5 Excellent (Olaf)On arrival, we were greeted by Olaf, who was very polite and gave a service with a smile. All the wines tasted and the nibbles served with them were very delicious. We were very welcome and during the introduction of each wine, we were able to ask questions at any time. The place is spotless and relaxing.

5 Unique personal experience - amazing hosts ()We attended Baglio Bonsignore for my wife’s birthday. We were treated so well, with wine tasing - DIRECT FROM THE VATS…and formal tasting. 5 Augustali Wine Tasting Experience (Finella)We had a wonderful time with a lot of information, and a very personal guidance on the farm! Apart from the wine there are lots of animals on the farm which makes it a wonderland for children!

5 Nice experience (Silvana)We were welcomed by the owner of the winery and had a small tour of the vineyard where she explained how they harvest grapes and olives as Tenuta Bastonaca also do olive oil. We then had a lovely meal starting off with appetizers, ravioli, meat and dessert. All courses paired with wine from the Tenuta. The meals were very abundant and flavourful. All in all it was a very nice experience and we rate it a 10/10!

Our guide was very knowledgeable and during a walk through the vines he shared many details about their organic wine making process that was new to us. After an equally informative visit to the winery itself we then tried a few of their unique wines along with selected cheeses that enhanced the taste of each wine. We highly recommend a visit to anyone who with an interest in the wine process.

5 Wonderful tasting experience that was like an educational lunch (Alagna)The tasting at Alagna Vini is an outstanding experience. A sampling of at least 15 different wines with appropriate carefully prepared accompaniments. The pouring was left to the discretion of the tasters and there was never a pitch or pressure to buy. The presentation was informative and interesting and the interaction with the family members of the company and the employees was warm, polite and comfortable. The price of both the tasting and the products was extremely reasonable and we would highly recommend the experience.

5 Great Host and History (Noemi)We loved the history provided by Julia during our tour. She took the time to explain the history of the village, the founder and the winery. She provided excellent input on the types of wines we were drinking. The wines we tasted were delicious. We ended up bringing some home with us.
