First, we appreciate Windering for providing easier access to the winery because we were unsure about booking. Second, the people, place, and wine are so unbelievably underrated. It's f****** stupid how good the wine is :-) The view is unreal, and if you're into wine dogs, Bacchus rules! The people are simply lovely. Request food, olive oil, water and just relax, settle in and take a breath. Ora, 360, Paolina, Mio, Granaio... They're all fantastic. We ordered, re-ordered from the US, and will do so again soon. Well.. it was exceptional from the journey to this winery. Things that worth to mention:

- Perfect food match to wines.
- Friendly and attentive service.
- Easy to reach the destination even by a public transport.
- Chill vibes and good atmosphere on a winery.
- And much more..

Overall, a very positive experience, good vines selection (inc. experimental positions, i.e. a pink wine).

No spoilers of food or wines, try it yourself and enjoy the moment!
Reserve your slot in advance, don't forget to pet a dog :)

We had a group of 19 people for wine tasting at Savignola Paolina it was so good the wine and tasting plate of cheese and salami was excellent

Our wine tasting tour at Savignola Paolina was very enjoyable and interesting. Very friendly staff and nice selection of wines and accompanying food. At the end, you can purchase wine of your choice.
I'd highly recommend this experience to my friends.

Wir hatten ein paar grandiose Stunden.. Alice und die Inhaber waren sehr sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Weine waren so lecker das wir einige Flaschen mitgenommen haben..
Die sonne schien, der Ausblick war traumhaft und wir konnten sogar einen Heiratsantrag miterleben.. ein perfekter Tag ! Vielen Dank.

Ach ja, und der Limoncello ist kaum zu übertreffen!

A local place, with wine production from the region… exquisite! The service was lovely and personal, and the pairing was delightful, the food is delicious!

So overall, the experience was much better than in renowned places, if you’re looking for something more local in Tuscany

Delicious wine tasting in the middle of Chianti Classico Area. The owner was so kind and helpful with us. The food was very good. I far as I’m concerned, if I had to do a critique, the wine taste was a little too poor; wide choise of different wines from their vineyards but small quantities in the glass.
