Solimago Winery produces a range of organic and natural wines that are fully vegan. Their offerings include the white wine Sole di Solimago, made from Tokay and Chardonnay, the rosé Eros di Solimago, crafted from Merlot, Rondinella, and Barbera, and the red wines Ombra di Solimago (pure Merlot) and Bark di Solimago, a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Rebo aged in oak barrels. Each wine reflects the winery's dedication to sustainability and quality.
