About Winery and Wines
Founded in 2021, Tenuta Vignanova is a family-run farm located in Moio della Civitella, in the heart of Cilento, a land historically linked to winemaking. Though based in Veneto, the founders, Riccardo and his family, have deep southern Italian roots, which inspired them to create this project as a fusion of tradition and innovation. The estate's name, Vignanova, reflects this philosophy, blending "vigna" (vineyard) and "nova" (new), symbolizing both heritage and forward-thinking vision.
Beyond wine production, Tenuta Vignanova also produces olive oil, staying true to the agricultural identity of the region. Driven by a desire to share the culture of winemaking, the estate launched the "Adopt a Vine Row" project in 2023, offering wine lovers and newcomers alike the chance to experience the vineyard firsthand. Participants receive updates on key stages of winemaking and can actively take part in vineyard experiences, from pruning to the Harvest Festival.
Tenuta Vignanova is more than a winery—it is a tribute to the land and its people, dedicated to crafting wines that tell the story of Cilento's rich traditions.
Tenuta Vignanova is dedicated to producing wines that express the unique character of Cilento, with a focus on native grape varieties. The estate’s wines are Scamillotto, a pure Aglianico and Antea, a fresh and pure Fiano.
With a commitment to quality, authenticity, and sustainable practices, Tenuta Vignanova invites wine lovers to discover the essence of Cilento’s winemaking heritage, where tradition and innovation come together in every bottle.
