Villa crine - una famiglia dedita al vino
La villa nel 2005 è stata riaperta come Wine factory e da li il loro climax è iniziato. La signora è super disponibile e accogliente e nel caso ci fosse disponibilità anche a dover cambiare lingua.

The photo of the food accompanying the wine tasting on your website was misleading and certainly not as plentiful as shown on the picture.

About Winery and Wines
Azienda Vinicola Villa Crine is a historic family-run winery located in the heart of Valpolicella Classica, in San Pietro In Cariano. The estate, which dates back to the 1800s, is centered around Villa Crine, a beautiful residence that serves as the winery's headquarters. Managed by Giovanni Battista and his family, Villa Crine embodies a deep connection to the land and a commitment to preserving tradition while embracing modern techniques. Every step of the winemaking process, from pruning to bottling, is meticulously overseen by the family, ensuring that their wines capture the essence of Valpolicella.
The villa also hosts wine tastings, events, and celebrations, offering visitors an immersive experience in this storied region. The Venturini family’s dedication to quality and respect for the land is evident in every bottle produced at Villa Crine, making it a true gem of Valpolicella.
Villa Crine produces the classic DOC and DOCG wines of Valpolicella, utilizing native grape varieties like Corvina, Corvinone, and Rondinella. The winery also crafts IGT wines that stand out for their unique characteristics. A key element of the winemaking process at Villa Crine is the traditional grape drying technique, where grapes are placed in wooden boxes or on "arele" tables. This method, inherited from previous generations, imparts the wines with distinctive and memorable flavors that are characteristic of the Valpolicella region.
