The organic farm NOVAIA is located in the heart of Valpolicella Classica, on a soft and sunny hill, in one of the most suggestive areas of the Marano Valley, surrounded by vineyards, olive groves, cherry trees, and ancient stone walls. In Marano, from the 19th century to the present day, the Vaona family has cultivated its lands and passed on the ancient winemaking tradition of fine classic wines: Valpolicella, Ripasso, Recioto, and Amarone. Here, the hilly vineyards (250-400 meters above sea level) and the marly-calcareous soils, interspersed with volcanic and tuffaceous layers, with low fertility, favor the native varieties Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, Oseleta, Turchetta and Molinara. At Novaia the management is organic and eco-sustainable, for a healthy habitat rich in biodiversity, a fundamental heritage for the lands and wines of Novaia: wines with authentic, sapid, mineral, structured, elegant aromas, with a great identity and a deep bond with the territory. Visits to the company's cellars and vineyards allow customers to learn not only about the wines but also about the delicate process of grape picking and harvesting.

A small manicured vineyard on the Masùa hill cultivated personally by Giorgio Dolcetta, charismatic owner, and Leonardo Zamboni his promising helmsman. The care of every vine and olive tree on the estate is done strictly naturally and truly by hand so that you can savor all the authenticity of Mezzo Ettaro's terroir in a glass of Valpolicella Superiore DOC Bio, Rosato Veronese IGT Bio still or sparkling, or Amarone DOCG from the limited production. The grapes of Mezzo Ettaro are vinified separately at a prestigious winery on the Torricelle di Verona as the size of the winery does not allow direct vinification. Love for nature and respect for its times, passion for wine and local products give life to a wide variety of tastings, and with warmth and conviviality Giorgio and Leonardo welcome each of their guests into the house.
