Your day in the UNESCO-listed Prosecco Hills begins when you meet your local guides, Giulia and her husband Carlo, at the Conegliano train station. With extensive experience in tourism and personal connections to the area's wineries, they will accompany you throughout the day, sharing their knowledge of local wines and traditions.

First, you'll head to a local winery surrounded by vineyard-covered landscapes. Here, you'll discover how Prosecco is produced and learn about the characteristics of this renowned sparkling wine, followed by a guided tasting of their selection in their tasting room or terrace.

Next, you'll continue to Giulia and Carlo's family-run osteria, nestled among the hills. You'll be welcomed with an aperitivo overlooking the vineyards before meeting the family for a traditional lunch inspired by their grandmother's recipes. The meal begins with appetizers like eggplant caponata and mustard chicken, followed by homemade gnocchi or pasta with seasonal sauces.
