Your stay is at Masseria Cuturi 1881, set in the countryside of Manduria, one of Puglia’s most important wine territories and a short distance from the Ionian coast. The historic farmhouse is surrounded by vineyards, olive trees, and Mediterranean vegetation, with a winery focused on organic wines deeply connected to the grapes and traditions of Salento.

You can choose from several room and suite categories for your overnight stay, all of which retain the traditional stone architecture of the masseria. The following morning, a continental breakfast with local products is served on the restaurant terrace, featuring homemade bread and a changing selection of cakes from the estate's own pastry kitchen.

Your wine experience is private, reserved exclusively for you. A member of the hospitality team will guide you through the vineyards and olive grove, then into the historic masseria and the winery, explaining the main stages of winemaking and aging. The visit concludes in the estate’s tasting room with a private, guided tasting of four organic Masseria Cuturi wines.

The tasting introduces the Mediterranean character of the estate through wines made from native grapes like Primitivo, Negroamaro, and Fiano. While the exact selection depends on cellar availability, the lineup is designed to give you a broad introduction to the winery's organic production. You might taste a fresh white like Segreto di Bianca Fiano Salento IGP, a rosé like Femì from Negroamaro, or reds such as Tumà Primitivo Salento IGP and the more structured Chidro Primitivo di Manduria DOC. The wines are served with a selection of zero-kilometer products from the estate, such as focaccia, pizza, and local tomatoes.
