Cantina e Vini

Small artisanal winery inside an historic villa villa. The vineyards, organic farmed, are on one of the best hills of the Valpantena area. Just 2,5 hectares where all the main operations are carried out by hand. In the winery only the company's own grapes are processed. Low intervetion and great attention to details to produce fine and elegant wines. 

All organic wines:

Valpolicella Superiore: from Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella grapes. Spontaneous fermentation and aged 18 months in barriques. Great expression of the terroir. Fine and elegant 

Amarone della Valpolicella: Dried grapes of Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella. 48 months aging in tonneaux. Strong and vibrant but fine and very drinkable

Sparkling rosè wine: Made with Molinara and Corvinone grapes. 24 months on the lees. Extra brut, high acidity and great freshness

Sparkling white wine: Made with Garganega grapes, 36 moths on the lees. Pas Dosè, freshness and sapidity

Recioto della Valpolicella: Dried grapes of Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella. 24 months aging in small barrels. Sweet wine with high acidity and great elegance.
