Tour in Dogliani
A beautiful experience in the hills of Dogliani at the Carlo Romana winery, a family-run business.
After a brief tour of the vineyards and the premises where they process the grapes and produce the wine, we moved on to the wine tasting, accompanied by a platter of cured meats, a platter of cheeses, small frittatas and dessert (bunet and a tart), all strictly locally sourced (km 0).
The 7 wines offered in the tasting were excellent.
A very positive and recommended experience.

A unique experience, which starts from an original idea! The place is very beautiful and scenic. It's a shame about the choice of wines they offer for the tasting. The offer only includes the 3 basic wines; usually during tastings, other wineries offer a diversified selection of their products that includes at least one mid-range and one high-end wine. In this case, to taste these types of wine, you have to get a glass, paying for it separately (from 6 to 8 € per glass).
