Although the weather forecast for that day was not the best, I was always in contact via WhatsApp with one of the owners who kept me updated on the weather situation to see if the event would be canceled or not; aside from this, which was obviously much appreciated and a sign of great helpfulness and courtesy, the event, which then took place as scheduled, was excellent from all points of view, from the wines to the food that accompanied it!!!

This tour was such a highlight from our trip! Although it started out with us getting lost (because I did not read the very clear WhatsApp message), the owner was a very helpful and gracious host as she shared about her family’s generations of aging balsamic and making wine. We did the tour on a Tuesday and it was only us. It was such a unique and intimate experience. Everything was delicious so too, we had to bring some of both back home! You will absolutely love it, just make sure to read the WhatsApp message!

Alberto did a very good job when he showed us the grapes and how he explained the history and the process of the winemaking. He answered all our questions very well and professionally and was very kind. The wines that we tasted were of very high class and the antipasti too. We can highly recommend a visit to Castello dí Selvole.

The tour was truly very nice. Anna, the employee at Cantine Vivallis, welcomed us with kindness and professionalism, metaphorically accompanying us on the journey from the grape to the wine bottle. She was truly very good and knowledgeable. The following tasting was a surprise, with varied and all excellent products, served with an abundant platter of cheeses and cured meats. As a great wine lover (although I am not a professional sommelier) I pleasantly shared my observations, finding great professionalism and knowledge. A special mention for the Vivallis house experiment, the White Rock, a still white wine capable of enchanting even the palates of classic method lovers. I couldn't help but buy most of the products I tasted. Highly recommended experience. I will return.

Excellent service, a very friendly guy served us in Spanish. He wonderfully explained the types of wine, answered our questions and didn't go on for too long. We visited this winery, a young Bolgheri establishment, but with its own identity and elegant wines. Great hospitality from the hostess. We took a tour of the vineyards, the cellar and the barrel room, accompanied by Rachele, truly very competent and friendly.
