As newcomers to the world of wine, we got to experience a very special tour of the still very young business. With a lot of heart and soul, wine and olive oil are grown here organically in the 3rd generation. You can feel the enthusiasm and passion and get a good insight into cultivation, harvest and processing. What distinguishes the small business is that it stands out for its organic farming. Highly recommended, also for last-minute bookings.

We received useful and interesting insights on the wine world and, more specifically, on their Lacrau wine collection. The taste is pure and fresh, and the little snacks were delicious. It's the first time I've used Winedering to purchase a tasting. I thought I would have a quick and formal experience, something "hit and run" and instead... Kaila (I hope I spelled it right) welcomed me as only "someone who cares about their work" knows how. She accompanied me around the estate, telling me the family history and making me understand what the work behind each product meant to them. The wine tasting was fantastic, it all took place under a portico with a view of Val d'Orcia (but in case of bad weather they also have a dedicated area!). I think I can only recommend both Tenuta San Gregorio and Winedering for the experience!
