I recently had the pleasure of attending a tasting, and the experience was simply extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and friendliness by the owner. The visit began with a quick tour of the small cellar where all of Luca's passion and attachment to the territory, and his genuineness, came out. The highlight, of course, was the tasting. We tasted a selection of truly exceptional wines, each of which was presented to us with an in-depth description of its characteristics and the techniques used for its production. Every sip revealed a complexity and a refinement that are the hallmark of a top-level winery. Special applause for Matteo, the owner's son, who, being extremely knowledgeable, answered all our questions with great competence and passion, making the experience educational as well as delicious. Another aspect I greatly appreciated was the attention to detail and the platters of local cured meats and cheeses that enhanced the flavors of the wines. In conclusion, the tasting at the "Il Dosso" Winery was an unforgettable experience that I highly recommend to all wine lovers. The quality of the wines, the professionalism of the staff, and the enchanting atmosphere make this winery a true gem in the world of oenology.
