Marcampo Tasting
A beautiful experience near Volterra.
The experience begins with an explanation of the vineyard which unfortunately we were not able to visit due to bad weather, afterwards you move to the cellar where the explanation continues.
The tasting took place on a beautiful covered, all-glass terrace where you could admire the landscape.
Since the soil is saline, the wines are a bit more acidic. The tasting was accompanied by a platter of cured meats and cheese with a taste also of their exceptional EVO oil!
