We had a wonderful time at Savignola Paolina and would definitely recommend it! Beautiful surroundings, beautiful wine, and a lovely lunch that was much bigger than we expected! The hosts were very welcoming, attentive, and knowledgeable, which made an overall amazing experience. Are best day in Tuscany so far!

Wonderful family-run winery
Booked the 'Capoccia food and wine experience at Tiberini', and was not disappointed. Had a lovely time with Niccolo, you could feel his passion for the land, his family's history, and the wine. Lunch was the best we had in Italy so far~

Tasting
Do you know David and Goliath? Well, Luca Archetti is a bit reminiscent of that legend. In a territory like Franciacorta, where you expect to find only white wine and bubbles, Luca has produced 33 labels of wines, including spectacular reds. A small winemaker who with stubbornness has remained to protect and keep alive the land of his ancestors. Fifth generation of winemakers with intuitions and innovations in step with the times. Luca knows how to tell his family's story and was able to explain, to us who know nothing about winemaking, the various steps from the vine to the bottle. The importance of the shape of the glasses for tasting the wine, a real discovery for us. Try it to believe it. Bravo to Luca and his heroic family.
Highly recommended

An amazing experience at Le Berne. Would definitely recomend to others.
We visited this winery on 02/04/2024. I must admit that this experience exceeded my expectations. This winery has a beautiful vineyard and wine cellar. Our tour guide, Federico, explained the history of the winery and how the winery makes its wines very well. It was very interesting hearing him speak about the winenery and its wines. He also answered any questions we asked. I apreciated the fact that this winery uses 100% Sangiovese grapes for its Nobile di Montepulciano which tastes great. All 4 wines tasted great and even the olive oil. Would definitely recomend this winery to others.
