Really interesting visit. Very kind staff. Excellent wines

We were pleasantly impressed by the professionalism and helpfulness of the staff. A tasting explained in a clear and complete way, accompanied by an abundant aperitivo full of local delicacies. Finally, the walk through the vineyards at sunset was something breathtaking, I truly recommend the experience!

We were warmly welcomed by Tommaso, who introduced himself as soon as we arrived and offered us a coffee. After that, he explained the history of the Sassodisole winery, showing us the vineyards and the extent of the territory. Afterwards we went into the cellar, where we could see the barrels in which the wines are aged, and the bottling and labeling process. Tommaso gave us a lot of interesting information about the winery's wines and promptly answered our questions. Finally we returned to the tasting room where, in addition to tasting the wines, we were able to taste some bread with the estate's oil. In this case as well, Tommaso was very good at explaining the various wines we tasted. The experience in general was truly pleasant, we spent almost two hours in tranquility, in a charming place, learning new things too! Recommended experience!!

Visiting Alessandro's winery was extremely educational and stimulating. Eleonora took care of me well beyond the tour hours, showing great passion and knowledge. Alessandro is a young winemaker who is doing good for the Bolognese hills, a highly recommended visit and his wines are delicious.

Very interesting experience. The place and the property are fantastic. The owner explained everything to us very well and was very nice. We liked the wines a lot and we loved the tasting.
