La nostra esperienza è stata abbastanza piacevole però.... Ci hanno presentato i 6 vini super di fretta, senza farci veramente assaggiare e capire di cosa stessimo parlando. La signora era molto molto simpatica ma ci ha detto che lavorava da Icario da appena 5 giorni... Ha detto delle informazioni superficiali sui vini e dopo nemmeno un'ora ha detto che dovevano chiudere il posto (la nostra prenotazione era alle 16h) e che avevano avuto un pranzo per tante persone che aveva sconvolto la loro giornata. Per l'orario delle 16h eravamo soltanto io e il mio ragazzo e mi aspettavo qualcosa con più impegno da parte loro. Quando siamo arrivati ci hanno chiesto come mai avevo scelto quella cantina e ho detto che era per il mix di arte, architettura e vino, per la location fantastica: non ci hanno fatto vedere il posto, sono entrata io da sola in cantina, non ci hanno fatto vedere terrazza e giardino anche se la giornata era stupenda.
Insomma, posto spettacolare, vini ottimi ma purtroppo abbiamo avuto un'esperienza un po troppo superficiale.

The tasting at “Il Dosso” was a truly pleasant experience.
The Archetti family was super friendly and welcoming. They took care of every little detail, showing us and letting us taste some excellent wines, as well as aspects of Franciacorta that we didn't know. The red wines were a true journey of flavors and emotions.
The passion that drives Luca and his family to carry on the art of winemaking is truly the added value.

A tasting of 7 excellent, quality wines.
Unfortunately (or fortunately) when I look for a tasting I'm looking for an experience and the calm to be able to enjoy it.
We were welcomed in a hurried way, with explanations that tried to be quick and without any further questions.
At the end of the brief tour we went to the tasting room where we didn't even have time to finish the wine that was being explained to us before the next one was immediately served.
At the end of the last wine we were given a countdown, telling us that we would have to leave the room for the next group.
Honestly, being treated with so much haste didn't let me enjoy the experience, which could have been absolutely perfect.
