A beautiful experience! We started from the convent, the place where the wine was originally made. Afterwards we went to see the large expanses of vineyards and then arrived at the new cellar, where they carry out all the fermentation and bottling work. We had a nice tasting of 6 wines with plenty of salami and cheeses, accompanied by focaccia and breadsticks. I highly recommend it to everyone!
