A beautiful experience, after a quick tour of the vineyard we took a tour of all the production phases, focusing on the cellars. It's incredible to see how ancient tradition fits perfectly with modern winemaking techniques in a place that seems projected into the future. The tasting part exceeded all expectations, comparing 6 different Valpolicella wines (Classico Superiore, Ripasso, Cavalli IGT, Amarone Classico, Amarone Famiglia and Recioto) accompanied by platters of truly tasty local cheeses and cured meats. Top quality for the price, 5 well-deserved stars.

Very honestly, I had read some negative reviews and after having been to Dosso I truly wonder why there are such petty people around. We were treated wonderfully; Luca Archetti, his wife and son gave us an experience beyond all expectations. We were able to taste several wines from their production, heard stories and explanations about the production method, and about the ideas that led to those creations. We played the "glass game" which was a splendid novelty for people like us who have been touring the wineries of Franciacorta and beyond for years. We also met very interesting and famous people who were at Dosso for a tasting tour. Maybe we were lucky but it was a truly full and rewarding experience. Absolutely to be repeated.

After a lot of research to find a place for a wine tasting in Montepulciano, we went with the experience offered by the Tiberini winery. Right from the start, you can feel the family atmosphere, passion, and commitment to this business they have been carrying on for 7 generations. On this experience, we were accompanied by Giada, a genuine and down-to-earth girl, who passionately told us her family's story. We really felt at home! A truly very interesting experience, which concluded with an excellent lunch prepared by chef Luca and accompanied by the sweet notes of the Tiberini family's wines. Highly recommended experience!

We arrived at the location at the agreed time and were welcomed by the owners. Right from the start, their stories showed a great respect for their land and for the fruits of their labor. The atmosphere is very familiar and puts you at ease. The tasting journey offered was extensive and detailed and it far exceeded our expectations; we recognized, in addition to their professionalism, also a great knowledge of the wines and the raw material. Personally: I find the wines we tried very good and with an excellent quality-price ratio. An experience we highly recommend, we will certainly be back.

Truly excellent experience! The guided tour of the cellar was very interesting and the tasting was excellent. We really appreciated the attention the owner showed in diversifying the wines offered based on our tastes and the possibility of having lactose-free alternatives in the food pairings. Highly recommended!!
