We had the pleasure of doing a tasting at this small establishment immersed in the magnificent Umbrian territory, where it's easy to get lost among rolling hills and picturesque vineyards. Each wine that was offered to us was well accompanied by typical local delicacies, with well-thought-out and decidedly high-quality pairings, and the staff was extremely pleasant and welcoming. If you want to treat yourselves to a different kind of day, a break from the daily routine or even simply the discovery of good wine, then give yourselves a nice gift and attend a tasting at this winery, it will leave you with pleasant memories and a strong desire to discover all that Umbria has to offer. Furthermore, the proximity to Montefalco allows you to end the day with a visit to a small, but very beautiful, village. An experience definitely to be repeated!

I booked a tasting with my partner during a trip in the Verona area. The owner, accompanying us from the vineyard to the cellar, conveyed to us the passion, the care, and the sacrifice that mark the journey that leads from the vine to the wine. A journey that reflects the succession of generations and the complex dynamics that revolve around wine, both inside and outside the cellar. The wine we tasted is characterized, in my opinion, by balance and refinement, innovating without betraying the winemaking tradition of the territory. It was precisely this elegant interpretation of Valpolicella, offered by the Massaro winery, that favorably impressed me. For palates sensitive to good wine, an absolutely recommended experience.

My partner and I visited the Ribón winery on a very rainy Thursday in early January, it was a unique experience. It exceeded our expectations. Imelda was a perfect hostess, she brought us into her world in a simple and personal way. She explained the entire process of making their wines, a family winery with a lot of hard work and dedication. During the tasting, in addition to sampling their wonderful wines, we enjoyed some delicious tapas. Thank you for the warmth and kindness to the Ribón family, we will be back without a doubt!

We really enjoyed the wine tour in January. We learned a lot about the history of the winery and the production of the wine, had a very nice tour through the winery and into the wine cellar and had an even nicer wine tasting with delicious food pairing.
