Very good experience at the Valetti winery. We are welcomed in a setting with a modern but simple design. We start immediately with the tasting, with one of the winery's owners we agreed on a tasting of their red wines and so it was. Excellent choice to start from the least structured wine to the most complex, to make us appreciate the diversity among the wines. All accompanied by a plate of snacks including cheeses, taralli and salami. A short tour of the winery to understand the work of the winery's owners and then we say goodbye, but not before having purchased one or more products that we liked. I recommend an experience like this.

The Bignotti - Cultivar delle Volte winery offers a 360° immersion into what was once the residential complex of a local lawyer, who, among other things, had a passion for viticulture, and which today has been taken over by a family passionate about and dedicated to the land and to Camunian products. It seems like a place out of this world for the blend of nature and man, a small oasis that aims to offer the visitor a complete experience, made even more pleasant by the courtesy and professionalism of Giorgio and his sons. The wines are relatively young but satisfy the nose and palate, creating new memories.

Daniele swept us away with his passion and expertise. The wines, especially the Barbera and the Nebbiolo, have great depth. Daniele and Alessia are young, enthusiastic entrepreneurs, respectful of traditions but with a great desire to innovate, with a remarkable attention to (true) sustainability. Fantastic hills and vineyards, in a strategic position in the Langhe, so much expertise; they won us over with their wines and with the local products that Daniele goes to get early in the morning from the Alba market, a Slow Food Presidium. Thanks guys, many compliments. And we'll see you next year to taste your Riesling. Keep it up.

We were welcomed in a professional and kind manner even though we had our medium-large sized dog with us. Kindness and professionalism for the winery tour. We had lunch with a tasting in the restaurant with a breathtaking view and tasted excellent local specialties. Highly recommended.

Excellent experience, what more can I say. Roberto, the owner, welcomed us on a cold and windy day, but he didn't hold back in showing us his splendid winery. We were able to observe the entire winemaking process from the vine to the bottling, with a wealth of details and many interesting facts. The tasting, usually served outdoors (with a wonderful view of the hills), took place indoors in the main hall of the Casale due to the strong wind. We tasted 3 wines, presented by Roberto, accompanied by cold cuts and cheeses in large quantities (there was even porchetta), practically a full meal. The wines, 1 sparkling, 1 still white Frascati and 1 red, were to our liking, to the point that the 2 of us finished the 3 bottles kindly left at the table to continue the tasting. Dulcis in fundo, we were offered dessert (some excellent ciambelline) and coffee. What can I say, a truly excellent, complete, and detailed experience. The products were to our liking, and the host is knowledgeable and passionate. We recommend it without any doubt.

Upon arrival we were welcomed by Giorgia and Federico and we immediately began the tour of the vineyards where the historical and geographical context of the location was described to us, followed by the characteristics of the vines. The tour continues in the cellar and then the tasting begins, accompanied by local cured meats and cheeses. For each wine, we were given a detailed and complete description. We were also told the best pairing for what we were eating. We wholeheartedly thank Giorgia and Federico who, with their professionalism and experience, were able to have us taste a part of Friuli Venezia Giulia that was unknown to us. Good luck with their growing and ever-evolving business, they really deserve it!!!

An enthusiast who works by himself, rightfully very proud of his place and his production. He had us taste his wines, recounting everything in great detail. Recommended
