Manuel accompanied us, being very respectful and friendly. He was very calm and patient, looking for a good solution to a slight inconvenience with the schedules. Highly recommended. When we return to Porto, we will ask for Manuel Joca.
The city tour was very good but the tasting was somewhat less than expected: 3 wines with a brief explanation and no food pairing. The children's menu was fine, but we expected something more since it's the company's strong point.

Wine History
This wine museum explains the history of wine shipping and the negotiants part in the wine trade. It was very interesting and well presented in an old wine storage cave. Well worth a visit.

Amazing Domaine visit
Huge thanks to Marc for taking us round his vineyard and winemaking facilities and for sharing his passion, stories and insights with us. We asked a lot of questions, learned a lot and had a fabulously enjoyable time. The six wines we tasted were great, especially the Si J’ai Envie by Marc….. shame we couldn’t buy more to take home (on the plane)
