Tenuta Bossi - Among the Tuscan hills
The experience was very interesting from the point of view of the history and the description of the estate. Completely immersed in this ancient estate of an important Florentine family. On a tasting level, it is more important to evaluate how they are presented than to say if the individual wines were liked individually; regarding this, as a wine technician, I was very satisfied. The only detail that was less pleasant was the choice to have the tasting inside a room full of stuffed animals, not very welcoming and not for everyone.

A wonderful discovery
Out of curiosity, I discovered a "fabulous" wine that honestly I had never considered before... The Orcia left me with an amazing memory, worthy of many other high-level wines.
The experience at this winery was fantastic, the owners convey, in the truest sense of the word, the passion and the constant, daily commitment they dedicate to their company, immersing you in their "small" reality, and the result in my opinion is excellent.
Highly recommended to anyone who likes to experiment but especially to those who love good wine!

Domaine Sylvie Fahrer
Sylvie Fahrer's winery is located in Saint-Hippolyte, a small town situated along the Alsace Wine Route.
It is a family-run business both in terms of the winery's size and in terms of atmosphere and environment.
As for production, it embodies the typical Alsatian winery based on native grape varieties.
I tasted 5-6 types of wines and appreciated their quality, especially the Crémant and the Muscat.
The staff who received us (I remember Margot's name) was absolutely kind and ready to respond to every input.

We were at the winery in town, because in winter it's not possible to do a tasting at the estate. A wonderful experience, fantastic wines, Simonetta was truly skilled and nice, she entertained us for about 2 hours, we talked about wines and much more. We will definitely come back in the summer. Absolutely a must-do.
