Very interesting visit, friendly and knowledgeable staff
The tour and tasting at the Vivallis Winery were truly interesting and complete. We tasted many varieties of wine and in the end purchased two bottles. Patrizia and Sabrina were excellent guides on this journey, the first for the history/production part and the second for the tasting part. The wines are exceptional, not to be missed. We recommend it 100%.

The tasting took place in a charming setting, with the tables set among the barrels in the cellar. We were welcomed and guided step by step by Sara, who was very knowledgeable and empathetic.
We chose the tasting with lunch, both the platters and the first course were very good, the wine excellent.
Since they also produce oil, perhaps they should give more emphasis to the tasting and explanation of the oil, which is very good.
Excellent quality/price ratio.
