An incredibly warm welcome!
An incredible experience on a superb estate surrounded by vines, an idyllic and charming setting.
We tasted white, red, and sparkling wines as well as a delicious liqueur, accompanied by Parmesan and saucisson to die for!
The owner and her employee were remarkably kind and passionate, making this moment even more special.
We left with a case of each wine; if we could have, we would have taken even more...!
A place not to be missed for all lovers of good wines and wonderful encounters.

Informative, personal tour through the winery with tasting
We had a very informative, exciting and above all personal tour at Castel di Salve in English and, thanks to the owner's language skills, also partly in German. The wine tasting was also really worth it. We learned a lot more about the different grape varieties and wines. At the end, we even received a sweet wine with panettone as a surprise. Very delicious wines!
Definitely a recommendable experience!

Must do again!
I received this tasting as a gift for my birthday, and I decided to go with my boyfriend on Saturday, October 18th. What can I say, the perfect gift! We were welcomed by a landscape rich with autumn colors and a young woman briefly told us the history of the vineyard and the company, then she had us sit at a lovely little table right next to the vines, and we tasted 3 local Barbera wines accompanied by whole wheat tigelle made with their own wheat and typical cured meats. We will definitely come back and we'll also bring some friends to introduce them to this beautiful place, thank you so much!

Well organized, perhaps the high number of people on the winery tour was a little chaotic given the available space.
