Everything wonderful
I was gifted a tasting at the Fugolo winery for my graduation and it was a pleasant and relaxing experience. The staff was delightful and extremely attentive and helpful, the wine very good, complete with an oil tasting and typical snacks.

Tradition and passion
Family-run winery. So much passion and tradition. And super wine. Very interesting tour with the history of the wine and of the family. The top wine is "I Tre Fradei".
They will see us again for sure.

Unique, informative and exceptional
Alessandro was a wonderful host and advocate for Le Cinciole, the Panzano community and the sustainable practices they have helped to pioneer across the Chianti region. I arrived on licking day and was able to see grapes being picked and sorted before maceration. The tour included a walk through the vines, a rich history of the the winery and the region, tasting grapes off the vine and a large selection of ale Cinciole wines (including a 2009 Chianti Classico that was unbelievable!) Hands down the best wine tasting experience I have ever had and the wines are spectacular - I have already found a stockist back home! Special thanks to Alessandro and to Ella the dog. Worth every penny.

Disappointing
We arrived at the vineyard at 10am expecting to hear a little about the place plus gain an understanding of the wines. On arrival we were immediately asked to choose our items and then escorted to a picnic blanket. The owner appeared stressed, understandably as it was harvest time. I would suggest not having tours during harvest time. I believe the event was sold with incorrect information. We expected more, definitely not value for money. Very disappointing.

Lovely Winery Tour
Jacques was a terrific tour guide who showed us the winery, the tanks, and the storage areas. We also got to watch parts of the harvest, as we were there in mid-September. He was very knowledgeable about the local area and helped serve our delicious lunch. I would recommend this tour for anyone who wants to try unique grape varietals that you won't often find when looking for Italian grapes. We got to try some truly unique wines (some better than others), which was great for expanding my overall wine knowledge.

An authentic and unforgettable experience among the vineyards of Assisi
Our experience at Saio Assisi was simply wonderful. Agnese, one of the owners, welcomed us with kindness and professionalism, guiding us through an engaging tasting rich with explanations about the wines and the history of the winery. Every glass truly told a part of the territory's story: the aromas and flavors described by Agnese were clearly found in every sip.
The walk through the vineyards was evocative and relaxing, an opportunity to appreciate nature and the great work that goes into every bottle. To top it all off, the picnic was abundant and delicious, with foods perfectly paired with the wine chosen after the tasting.
The atmosphere, the spectacular view of Assisi, and the authenticity of this family-run business made the day unforgettable. An experience we recommend to anyone who loves good wine and wants to experience a moment of true passion and attention to detail.
