Wine Picnic at the Saio Assisi Winery
The introduction with the selection of the wines accompanying the picnic was a bit hectic, as the winery was very busy and only one person had to manage everything. The picnic itself was excellent: with a great panoramic view of Assisi and the quality and quantity of the food and also of the wine were very, very good. The service was super friendly and everything worked out great.

We did a tour of the winery and a tasting of the Terra line.
All excellent wines, especially the Fammatti made with the Ancestral method and the Passerina.
The girl who led our tasting was very kind and very knowledgeable.
