Speaking with Luca, the passion and knowledge for the culture of the vine really shines through. After the brief tour of the vineyard and the cellar, where besides telling his story he got us interested by explaining the challenges to face and the solutions for carrying on a venture of this kind in modern times. The tasting was varied and accompanied by anecdotes and stories that enrich every bottle. Logistical note, we had to postpone the experience at the last minute and Luca was very, very understanding and accommodating about it.

The winery is easily reachable by following the main roads. The large terrace equipped for guests is immediately striking with a breathtaking view. Marco was an impeccable host and after a detailed telling of the company's history, he guided us through the entire lunch, carefully explaining each wine, from the appetizer to the dessert.

Luca Archetti is an entrepreneur who believed in an ambitious and difficult project from a very young age, with simply extraordinary tenacity and energy. The visit to the winery goes beyond the tasting of wines, which are excellent by the way; it is a journey through his personal history, the history of a district that has grown since 1961 to keep pace with the quality of French sparkling wines produced for over three centuries, and the story of what it means to produce sparkling wines in Franciacorta (method, quality, differences, oenological parameters). A beautiful experience. The wines were truly excellent and the staff was helpful and prepared for our every request and question. My boyfriend has celiac disease and they were very prepared in this aspect as well. To be done again, absolutely, maybe on a cooler day in autumn!
