A really great experience
A beautiful experience between the sea and the mountains. As soon as we arrived, the owner welcomed us, very kind and thoughtful, telling us about the tradition of the estate and the vineyards. We then tasted 6 courses (4 appetizers, 1 first course and 1 second course), accompanied by tastings of the locally produced wines, finishing with a small dessert and a passito wine. The dishes prepared by the skilled cook were a mix of exceptional taste and a call back to tradition: from the warm focaccia to the ciabotto, to the locally sourced truffle as a condiment for some courses. What can I say, thanks for everything and we'll definitely see you again soon!

An interesting and fun experience at the same time.
The owner of the estate welcomed us pleasantly, accompanying us through the vineyards and explaining in detail all the phases, from the grape harvest to the bottling of the wine.
After this little tour, he had us sit down to taste the wines they produce (all of excellent quality) accompanied by their culinary specialties.

An extraordinary experience
We were looking for something close to our hotel and ended up with a tasting at La Nascosta. It was very special. The wine was exquisite, and the tour was amazing with plenty to learn and a delightful tasting experience. I can only recommend going, especially because it is so different from other typical Tuscan wine experiences, as it mainly produces white wine.

Very nice experience for the family
Visiting Fattoria Fibbiano was a nice few hour visit with also great white, rose and red wines in the tasting experience. After the tour we even had a chance to taste the house lasagne as lunch on the outdoor terrace which made the whole group happy!

Excellent wines, excellent host
On arrival, it’s a farm but gets more charming as the visit progressed. Roberto, our host, was welcoming, friendly and congenial and guided through the vineyards and then an excellent selection of wines - tasting 5 in all accompanied by excellent meat and cheese. The visit was just my wife and I and Roberto which turned into a very interesting discussion of wine, the challenges and Roberto’s plans to maintain his family winery which has been in the family for several hundred years. Very relaxed and fascinating and we both enjoyed the visit……not to mention the local scenery was amazing. We’ll worth the visit and we would strongly recommend. We’ve tried many winery visits but for a down to earth, unpretentious visit…..this was the best!
