Yesterday we had an extraordinary experience at Cantina La Veneranda in Montefalco. Besides the excellent quality of the wines, we had the pleasure of meeting the family that runs the winery, discovering their passion and dedication. It is one of the few wineries that carries out every phase of the production process completely by hand, including the labels and packaging, and this is reflected in the care and authenticity of the products. The tasting was impeccable, with perfect pairings between the flavors of the wines and those of the food. The family atmosphere and the passion of the owners make this winery a true gem. We had the pleasure of participating in a tasting at this splendid family-run winery, managed with passion by a mother and daughter. The welcome was warm from the very first moment, not only for us, but also for our little dog, who was welcomed with great kindness and attention. The tasting was a wonderful experience: excellent wines, described with love and expertise, in an authentic and familiar atmosphere. An added value was the helpfulness of the daughter, who besides being a very good winemaker, is also a truly knowledgeable dog trainer: she gave us many useful tips for our four-legged friend. I truly recommend this experience to everyone: a moment of taste, authenticity, and great humanity.

Excellent selection of wines and beautiful location. Special mention for Federico who, through his words and his excellent knowledge, allowed us to understand the passion and the work that is behind the enhancement of a typical product of a territory.

The tasting was preceded by a walk through the vineyards accompanied by a very interesting explanation about the variety of grapes and peaches. The welcome was very warm and kind and we were treated impeccably. During the tasting we tried excellent wines paired with a platter with tasty cheeses and cured meats. Overall it's an experience I highly recommend! Thank you so much!
