Picnic in the Tuscan hills
Two weeks ago I was with my boyfriend at this elegant winery.
The winery is very modern and well-kept and has individual villas or a large villa divided into apartments.
We had the picnic next to the pool and in front of a beautiful green expanse of hills.
Unlike what one might think, the picnic basket is abundant. We received from the staff a plaid blanket, a vintage basket containing glasses, cutlery, a box of sandwiches and focaccias each, a portion of couscous with zucchini, mozzarella and pesto each, another portion of two slices of cake each and of course a bottle of Rosso di Montepulciano, FABULOUS!

Relax and wine
As soon as we arrived at Corte San Mattia we immediately felt welcomed by a kind and helpful staff. The tasting as well as the visit to the cellar were very interesting experiences thanks to the explanations of the girl who accompanied us, very professional and kind, who made this experience of ours unique.
Beautiful panorama, the platter of cured meats and cheeses was good, as were the wines we tried.
