We received a beautiful gift of a wine and local products tasting at the Polvanera cellars in Gioia del Colle, an excellent experience that introduced us to a very innovative winery in the heart of the Bari region. We were offered a tour of the entire winery and the numerous processes to obtain various high-quality wines; furthermore, the package included, in addition to the winery tour, a tasting of local products accompanied by 5 types of wines. At the end of it all, I can say nothing other than it was an excellent experience. Kudos to the entire Polvanera company: besides having created an excellent winery, they have also created a beautiful place to spend hours sipping excellent wine and eating excellent food. Highly recommended and we will be back.

Tasting of good and traditional wines in a family-like and informal setting. We were welcomed with warmth and simplicity by Andreina and we felt very at ease. Excellent value for money (the food products paired with the wines were also simple and good).

a fantastic experience, to say the least. we were welcomed with kindness and a dazzling smile by Stephanie who immediately put us at ease. a very interesting tour through the spaces of the historic winery, meticulously cared for in every detail, where tradition and innovation merge with the passion of a family that knows very well what it's doing. everything was explained very well, starting from the basics up to the more technical and professional details. the beautiful sunny day allowed us to have the tasting at the outdoor tables for a moment of great conviviality in the company of excellent glasses of wine accompanied by perfectly paired appetizers. a truly beautiful experience!

The tasting was a relaxed and pleasant experience: a moment to switch off, discover new flavors and listen to the stories that each wine brings with it. We tasted five glasses accompanied by regional products. All in a welcoming and modern setting.

A unique and delightful experience at Tenuta Ballerio. After telling me the interesting history of Santa Maria della Versa and Tenuta Ballerio, the very kind Patrizia took me to explore their magnificent and immense vineyards. In her storytelling, she was very precise and thorough. Afterwards, we took a short tour of their wine production chain, and she told me all the procedures step by step. The experience ended beautifully with a tasty tasting of their wines, accompanied by cured meats, bread and cheeses. Everything was of excellent quality. Highly recommended experience!

Such a wonderful experience with the people of Podere della Bruciata, who made us feel welcome even when we were 30 minutes late. They taught us about their traditional way of making wine and let us try many of their specialties. Afterwards we had a beautiful picnic set up for us overlooking a sunset on the Tuscan hills. Would definitely recommend and can’t wait to go back.
