Personally wine tasting
Me and my wife joined a wine tasting at Bodega Sarmentero in November 2024. When we arrived we were the only 2 booked. That gave us an unic experience in wine production. This is a very small wine producer and we loved the way it was prepared. A walk through the production and then a tasting with local ham and cheese. So generous!
The woman that guided us was extremely friendly and had very good knowledge about wine. She also spoke perfect English.

Very attentive and professional staff but I expected something more!

Great experience!
We are very happy to have found tenuta l’Apparita ! A very small and independent wine producer with a special attention to his wine. We loved the Vigna and Cantina visit and of course the tasting itself. Francesca is very knowledgeable about the wine and the process and you can feel she cares a lot about the product and the Chianti territory. She proposed a tasting of the same wine but different vintage and it was really interesting to see how much the wine can change in one year only.
We truly recommend to visit this small producer and to taste his excellent San Giovese wine.

An unforgettable morning
Today my boyfriend and I had the pleasure of meeting Emanuele and Teresa, the true soul of Cantina Soria.
Emanuele gave us a 360-degree immersion into the history of his vineyards, taking us among them and showing us the inside of the winery with great historical detail.
During the winery tour, he also had us taste 3 wines still in production, a little "spoiler" that we really liked.
And then, you go up for the tasting.
A tasting that for us started in a "light" way with a dry moscato that truly amazed us and continued up to an important red like nebbiolo.
All paired on Emanuele's own advice with some special cured meats or cheeses included in the tasting.
The most beautiful thing? How this small reality was told to us in such a personal and direct way by those who not only work there, but represent its essence.
Absolutely recommended❤️
