Wonderful experience.... Highly recommend
We were visiting our son who is attending University in neighbouring Trento when we decided to attend Cantina Vivallis in early October
We arrived a few minutes late and we were greeted by a warm very friendly lady.
She gave us a brief but informative introduction before we started
We were given numerous different wines to taste accompanied by a lovely charcuterie board which was delicious
During our time we were given a detailed description of each wine as we did our tasting and our host was full of interesting information on the vineyard itself and off the whole Trentino area
I would highly recommend this experience if you enjoy your wines and are interested in learning about the area... 5 star!!!

Could be better
Good quality products, beautiful location, but the organization did not fully satisfy us.
We had booked a package that also included the cellar tour, which was not carried out.
Due to a management difficulty on their part, which we only discovered upon arrival.
Despite this, we appreciated the quality of the products (food and wine) and the kindness of the owners.

Between history and innovation
We were immediately welcomed into a warm and friendly atmosphere.
Lorenzo and his mother have managed to carry on the family business, paying attention to history but with an eye toward innovation.
This is what was conveyed to us with enthusiasm during the tasting in the cellar.
We had the pleasure of tasting some excellent wine, accompanied by local cured meats, and it was a unique opportunity to learn about the origin of Groppello and its variants.
If you are passing through Val di Non, we recommend making a stop at the El Zeremia winery.

Lunch at the winery
Lunch overall was good but nothing exceptional. The appetizers and the wines offered were excellent.

We took a walk through the vineyards with a breathtaking view. Excellent tasting of wines and local products.
The explanations were interesting and engaging.
The afternoon ended with a glass of passito and sweets in front of a splendid sunset with a view of the Strait and the Aeolian Islands.

Perfect day
The agriturismo is wonderful, in the Veronese hills, a perfect view. A sunny day that made the experience even more beautiful.
The girl who was our guide was impeccable, she showed us the vineyards and the cellar, she answered all our questions.
Excellent quality charcuterie board, special mention for the mostarda.
Pleasant wines, I particularly appreciated the Amarone.
