Highly recommended.
I booked a visit for two people to the Celler de la Muntanya winery. Rafa gave us an explanation of the whole winemaking process, anecdotes, and interesting facts: it was an exceptional experience. We felt right at home, with very close and familiar treatment, as we were alone with the sommelier, where we were able to taste the wines along with an appetizer. Thank you very much for your attention.

Nice visit
We got a nice tour around the farm, both outside and inside where the production happens.
Then we got to taste different wines and very good local food (differnt salami, ham and cheese)
All in all a vert nice experience for all eight of us!

Sunday in Tuscany is full of cyclist's, hiil top villages, olive groves, vineyard covered valleys and if you are really lucky, Lunch at Poggia Amorelli Wine Estate.
6 wines paired with the best of Tuscan fare, and a host Sommelier who brings the whole experience together. Absolutely brilliant.
We especially enjoyed the Rose' Spumante, with the very fine bubble and soft golden
pink hues. The Chianti classico was the best of the reds and was an excellent pairing with the tasting plates of local cheese, honey, apricot jam and a 20 year old balsamic vinegar. Delicious.
Ballissima, molto bene.
A delightful experience, highly recomemded.

Wonderful Harvest Experience at Casale Mattia
We had a group of 4 for the harvest experience and had a wonderful time. We started with some transportation issues from Rome but luckily for us the hosts went out of their way to ensure that we arrived in time before the harvest was finished for the day. After a short walk through the beautiful vineyard we were able to participate in the harvesting. We were then given a full tour of the production facility where everything was explained in detail. We got to watch the grapes being processed and sample the must which was tasty on it's own. Then we sat down for the wine tasting which included two wines ("Romos" DOC Roma Bianco and "rrampazzu" Shiraz IGT Rosso) with a nice spread to accompany it (bruschetta, meat, cheese, etc). Overall a great experience and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an easy day trip from Rome.
