Our experience at Maugeri was nothing short of fantastic. The wines are stunning and the vineyards and accompanying views breathtaking. We were made to feel very welcome by our host Gea, who was very informative and served us a delicious pairing of cheese and charcuterie to go with Maugeri wines. The double rainbow we witnessed only served to cement this as a perfect wine tasting experience.

Fantastic tasting
The tasting held during the Franciacorta festival was a pleasant opportunity to get to know the winery's products.
Luca and the other guys explained the history of the winery and the idea behind their products, all of them truly excellent. The food pairing was also excellent.
Above all, you can feel the authenticity of the place.

Been on my must do list for 30 plus years...if you're nearby this is a must do!
Brilliant host who spent as much time as we wanted explaining everything to do with wine making. His enthusiasm and passion shone through.
The wine tasting at the end was great. A beautiful white, 3 different reds and a rose that was delicious, the faint taste of burned oak was a delight.
I cannot recommend this vineyard tour enough...next year I will book again with my family. Oh....and it was incredible value for money!

Excellent experience
The visit to Podere Marcampo was excellent: from the presentation, to the explanations, from the tour of the cellar to the wine tasting with samples of local cold cuts and cheeses.
We also really liked the location (truly beautiful) and the fact that the business is family-run, which positively influenced the visit.
