My husband and I came for his birthday to visit the winery on a Sunday. Sarah gave us such a warm welcome, answered all of our questions and shared wonderful stories about the history of the vinyard. The wines are marvelous, so unique, and the guidance through the tasting helped understand better the different types and methods. Visiting this cinyard is a must for you next trip to Piedmont.

Fabio welcomed my friends and I in open arms. He was very nice and polite. He explained us about the grapes types, the process of wine making and enriched us with lots of knowledge. The tastings and the food were more than amazing! It was perfect! In conclusion, we really recommend to go there and have this experience that we had.

We loved our time at Castello Sonnino! The wine tasting was sooo good - the wines were delicious and the servings were generous. We also got served lovely bruschetta - with their own olive oil and toppings - which were unexpected. The outside area is STUNNING and I recommend sitting out there. When we arrived it was only set up for us and one other table so we had a very calm, private, and special experience. Our server's knowledge and passion for their wines was obvious, and we felt very taken care of. Our wine tasting included a tour of the cellars and we we super lucky as we were the only booking - so we went on a private tour and got to learn so much about the history of the property (like centuries of history!!). Really enjoyed this place. The view was such a shift from being in Florence (where we came from). We also took a bus which was only around an hour long and a short walk from the location. Highly recommend this hidden gem for anyone wanting a Tuscan wine experience and to see something different than the city. This day is one of our most loved memories from our trip.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with our tasting at Terre San Ginesio. Maurizio showed us around the whole production facility and we learned so much about the local area. Along with delicious homemade treats from his wife, Romina, we tasted a variety of wines and the one of a kind vino cotto, a specialty of the area. All of the wines were of great quality and with a an affordable price-we we’re delighted to have found this local treasure.
