Visit and tasting curated by Nicole, who was truly passionate and exhaustive in leading us on the tour, starting from the vineyards where the grapes are grown, passing through the subsequent processing areas all the way to the cellars. During the tasting, accompanied by a platter of truly excellent and abundant local cured meats and cheeses, the characteristics of the individual wines were illustrated to us, and the order in which to pair them with the cured meats, as well as the sequence in which to taste them. To complete the tasting, a pleasant surprise with a tasting of the grappas also produced by Farina. What can I say, highly recommended! A thank you and well done to Nicole.

We had a great lunch and wine experience. It was really rainy and we sat on a terrace undercover but could still see the beautiful surroundings. Excellent food - plenty of it - and paired wines. Very good explanations and interesting facts. Would thoroughly recommend.
