We had a charming wine tasting at a beautiful cantina with Lara, one of the owners of the winery. We tasted six wines, accompanied by various breads, cheeses and chocolate. The wines run the range from pino grigio to amarone. Lara clearly explained the process for making each, in excellent English. We highly recommend a visit here.

Bisson was very unique, I would give it the highest mark for that. It is a beautiful setting. The antipasti’s were very tasty. My only recommendation for that was more variety of olives and maybe some pesto. I am not a bianco wine drinker, but their whites were very tasty, and happily drank two of them. The reds were eccellente! I wish I would have had those served first bc I was driving and had to just sip a little. The tour added to the ending dining experience. The parte migliore was the explanation about the wine that was aged in the sea! So affascinante!! As far as the service, it was good, just felt we could have been catered to a little more. How is everything etc. overall great experience! January

We were a little skeptical at first, but we were given a very warm welcome. We felt like royalty, and you can tell they're very proud of their family traditions and happy to share them with us. Thank you for a very different experience from the larger, more commercial wineries.

Elisabetta is a vibrant, lovely host in guiding us through her family's winery. We had a spectacular view of Valdobbiadene and she taught us all about the region, their wine, and the process it undergoes. The quality was superb and we even got to pair the prosecco with some local produce - the honey was from the bees in the vineyards!
