Wonderful Experience!
Our tour of the winery was a highlight of our time in Sardinia. A personal tour by the winemaker and his wonderful translator was excellent. We learned about the history of the cooperative, the types of wines of the region and all aspects of the operation. We tasted some excellent wines along with local cheeses, bread and olives. It was a wonderful experience. Thanks to all at the winery. We had a ball.

Must try in Syracuse!
This was hands down our favourite experience in Syracuse. This family owned winery was so charming and beautiful with a history spanning generations. Olaf and his partner prepared a wonderful 9-course tasting menu of wine and food pairings, and each one was absolutely delicious. After our meal, the owner helped arrange for our transportation back to our hotel which was very helpful. Looking forward to returning one day in the future!!!

Spectacular views and a walk through the vineyards with an explanation included and a visit to the winery; afterwards we finished with a tasting of their wines accompanied by bruschetta, cheeses and local cured meats. Ahh, and no problem for celiacs, thanks a million, TenutaGuardastelle!
