5 Visit to Ricci Curbastro Azienda Agricola (K) In August 2024, my husband and I had a delightful tour and tasting at Ricci Curbastro, a medium-sized producer. The guide was very knowledgeable and kept the tour interesting as she explained the history of the azienda and the franciacorta-making process -- switching effortlessly between English and Italian. A great stop to a lovely wine-making region between Brescia and Lake Iseo.

4 Franciacorta... (Paolo)Beautiful and historic winery with a very interesting attached museum of rural life. The winemaking part was explained to us in a clear and effective manner. The tasting confirmed the great quality of their products which, unlike other wineries, include, in addition to the famous bubbles, also local white and red wines. The prices of the products are appropriate for the quality and they can be purchased in the attached shop.

5 Trip to Franciacorta (Patrizio)It was a beautiful experience, very informative. Seeing all those old tools preserved in the company's museums reminded me of when I used to help my grandfather harvest grapes and make wine. The visit to the cellar was also wonderful, with all those bottles that were developing their character there. Finally, the wine tasting: I particularly appreciated the Brut, very delicate. The guide was very kind and thorough. I recommend this experience to everyone, truly interesting.
