5 A special and beautiful experience (Chelsea)What a special winery and joyful experience offered by Mattia and his family! Do yourself a favor and book a winery tour and tasting with Indovino - you will not regret it. My mom and I, visiting from the US, found ourselves with some extra time before we planned to drive from Maggiana to Tirano, and we discovered Indovino by serendipity while browsing Google maps for wine tasting locations on our route. I made a booking request for a Sunday afternoon wine tasting and lunch on a Saturday evening through the Winedering website. Despite the last minute request, Mattia was very prompt to approve the booking. When we arrived on Sunday, while the small parking area was full, we were able to find another spot just up the road. The town is very small and lightly traveled, requiring about a 30-40 minute drive through twisty mountain roads. The cute signs and wine bottles helped us find the way to the vineyard with stunning views overlooking the valley. We were greeted promptly by Mattia, who showed us nothing but kindness, generosity, and professionalism during our vineyard tour and lunch/wine tasting. His passion and love for his family's winery really comes through in how he talks about their land and its rich history, and in how thoughtfully the 3-course lunch meal was curated. Every element was fresh and local. We had some of the most delicious, homebaked bread of our 2-week trip through France and Italy right here at Indovino. The wine was wonderful as well, our only regret is that bottles were in short supply, or we would have gladly purchased some to take home with us! We'll have to come back, I guess :) I wish every sucess to Mattia and his family. Thank you for sharing your passion and joy with us. You gave us such wonderful memories to take with us! We hope to visit again. p.s. I forgot to mention the incredible value of dining and tasting here - we had one of the best meals of our entire trip and 2 glasses of wine for only 65 euro each. In the US, such a quality experience would easily cost more than double.

5 Great place to eat and taste some wine! (Aidan)Cascina Teresina provided and excellent collection of local meats and cheese to eat while you drank some of their amazing locally made wine. Even though we arrived a little late to our appointment, the guide was still very friendly and provided a great deal of information about what we were eating and drinking. I would definitely recommended visiting them if you are in the lake como area.

2 A very overpriced lunch, not a wine tasting (Matthew)The lunch was well hosted and it was interesting to hear about the methods used at the vineyard however we were given 1 bottle of 18 euro wine to share amongst the group of 3 adults and were not permitted to try the others. Whilst I appreciate that they do not produce a lot of bottles, charging 50 euro per person for 1/3 of a bottle and some meat and cheeses is not good value. The views at the top of the mountain are fantastic although parking is limited and instructions on where to park were not given.

Hemos recibido las instrucciones para arribar de forma correcta al lugar y un mensaje del host recordatorio por la mañana. Si bien el lugar no posee parking solamente hay que caminar 150m por el camino de montaña. El lugar es increíble, colgado en la montaña y con una gran vista al lago di como. Al llegar nos ha recibido con la mesa preparada, lamentablemente por el clima tuvimos que comer dentro pero el lugar es acogedor. Cuando mejoró, nos ha facilitado para quedarnos fuera disfrutando de las vistas. La comida sensacional con una cata de varios quesos y diferentes embutidos dignos de probar. a diferencia de los vinos, imaginamos que ibamos a probar diversos estilos, pero solamente nos ha abierto un vino solamente, que no fue del gusto de muchos. La atención y la explicación muy buena y amable.

5 Lovely lunch at Cascina Teresina (Linda)Had a fantastic afternoon at this relatively new winery. The views from our table sitting outside were magic! We enjoyed an excellent plate of antipasti of highest quality served with home made bread and a bottle of wine from the house (one bottle per two ppl). The owner took his time explaining about his wines, the winery, its story and his life as a wine maker. We ordered a second bottle to try, which was not a problem. All in all a very nice experience! We will be back!

The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed, perfect for spending a few hours in good company. 5 Magical! (Cyril)From the first hello to the last goodbye, everything was perfect. We had the impression of being welcomed like family, as if we had known each other for years. Warm hosts, attentive to the smallest detail, driven (you can see and feel it) by a genuine desire to offer a unique experience to their visitors. The place is magnificent, perfectly maintained, at once charming, calm and almost heavenly. The work accomplished is remarkable. 2 Cascina Teresina - Problem with Pet (Daniele)Unfortunately, we had a bad experience. When we arrived at Cascina Teresina, the owner greeted us from afar, informing us that dogs were not allowed on the premises. (We have a small, gentle dog that weighs 5 kg.) We didn't read about any restrictions on the Wondering website. We probably should have contacted the establishment directly to find out (usually we do that), but the fact that there were outdoor tables and we were located at 1,000 meters above sea level in a natural, mountainous setting left us assuming there wouldn't be any problems. Since we were coming from far away, and had already used the voucher (total spend of €100), we asked the owner if he could accommodate us and give us a table off to the side without disturbing anyone (even though the place was completely empty at the time). There was no convincing him; we had to leave the dog in the car (the parking lot is more than 100 meters away on a steep mountain road), drink a quick glass of wine within 10 minutes, and then return to the car.

5 Peace for the senses (Desirèe)This tasting was a gift from my mom, I was accompanied by my boyfriend. As soon as we arrived we found ourselves immersed in a peace for the senses, there was a wonderful silence. We were completely surrounded by greenery and the view was spectacular. We tasted the "ghiba" which was accompanied by a platter with various cheeses, cured meats and delicacies. We left super full but above all happy. The owner is truly a wonderful person, he accompanied us on this journey into the world of his wines, explaining everything in the smallest detail. After discovering that they also have rooms we will definitely come back, maybe to stay for a weekend.

4 Great moment at Cascina Teresina (Cloé)We had a lovely time at Cascina Teresina. The landscape was absolutely beautiful and our hosts were lovely. They took great care of us. The overall atmosphere was very calm and relaxing. The wine and food were astonishing. The only thing is that the website mentioned both ham/cheese and a first course. We did not get the latter and did not dare to ask.
