5 Best vineyard tour and wines in Europe! (Filippo)This is definitely a must visit vineyard if you are anywhere near Tuscany. We booked here as a couple for a tour whilst off our cruise ship, we have previously been to three Tuscany vineyard tours and this by far is the most authentic and beautiful place. Our tour guide was a Jean Paul (I hope spelled corrected), he was incredibly well knowledged on the vineyard history, the brothers and all the wines, and definitely made the tour one of the most memorable experiences. I would definitely recommend purchasing a tour from Monticello Winery to get the full experience of a traditional, authentic Italian vineyard with the best appetites to accompany the wines.

5 Informative, casual and fun! (santo )After a few hairpin bends and a dirt road at the end, we reached the location. We were welcomed in a friendly manner. When we started with the first wine (white), there was already a table of food ready to be enjoyed. First came Italian explanation, then English. After the first wine, we visited the place where they kept the machines and barrels and got lots of explanation. We returned to continue with the red wine. After that a bruut. We got to visit the vineyard and even got to taste the grapes right off the plants.
