5 Very nice experience for the family (Laura)Visiting Fattoria Fibbiano was a nice few hour visit with also great white, rose and red wines in the tasting experience. After the tour we even had a chance to taste the house lasagne as lunch on the outdoor terrace which made the whole group happy!

5 Intimate winery experience (Scott)Our experience at Fratteria Fibbiano was lovely. Due to traffic, we arrived a bit late for our appointment, they were very accommodating and understanding. Our guide thoroughly shared her knowledge of the area, the grapes and the winery. The winery is a beautiful setting with a mix of old and new. I particularly enjoyed the small room sit down tasting. We were able to taste one wine with two different years. It was a unique experience to taste how the grapes and wine change as they age. Perfect pairing with a bit of cheese, meats, bread and the winery’s own olive oil. We all very much enjoyed the experience—-we sent wine back home to the States and bought some to enjoy for the remainder of our trip.

5 Fantastic! (Gillian)We had a tour of this beautiful winery and vineyards in June … weather was perfect and our guide was very knowledgeable and informative. The building is very impressive and the local wines and charcuterie were as well. Absolutely would recommend!!!

We tasted Iris Bianco, Scarlet and Chianti - each of them is delicious in its own way

5 WW - Wine Wizards (Max)The factory is in a spectacular place, the staff is very nice. Our "lecturer", Daria, is experienced, knowledgeable and very warm person, whose stories couldn't leave us indifferent. The wine, especially, Chiave di Saletta 2016 (as per our humble opinion) was found gorgeous.

5 Excellent experience! :-) (Elena)4 people - April 4, 2026 at 11:00 AM Right from the start, an extremely warm welcome, we felt right at home. The experience lasted about two hours (they flew by!), a visit to the winery and a "tasting" (a generous one!) of four different types of wine (one rosé and three reds), accompanied by delicious bruschetta with local extra virgin olive oil. Their passion for wine was so evident, they managed to make us love it even more too! Thanks for the wonderful experience!

Afterwards, we visited the places where the wine is produced. Here too, our second guide was very competent. We finished with a wonderful tasting and an extremely delicious lunch. The quality of the wines is excellent, and there is a lot of transparency, excellent service and great availability from the staff; in addition to the professionalism, we immediately felt at home. Besides the magnificent selection of Sangiovese wines and other international grapes, don't miss their classic method with a unique story, which began in 2006.

5 Enhancing the territory (Martina)The Montefoscoli area is already beautiful and being in the territory with the enhancement of the territory itself and its products is an added value. A note of merit for this estate with a particular location, a tobacco curing barn: the tour also extends to a visit of this structure which has memories of the last century, now transformed to produce wine. The visit to the vineyard and the tasting were also good. A particular note of merit for the Vermentino produced in this area. Recommended, and add a visit to the Museum of Rural Life to enhance this splendid territory.

4 Convivial afternoon with friends (Elisa)Excellent tasting of 6 wines including whites, rosés, and reds, accompanied by sliced cured meats and a bruschetta with a delicious oil, also from the estate, but in my opinion, however, too expensive to be purchased, alas. The cellar is not very large, but well-kept. There were 4 of us and the guide tried to tell us the history of that place.

5 FANTASTIC experience (Luca)Phenomenal experience. A small but extremely welcoming winery nestled in the Pisan hills. Here you will find Daria and her husband ready to convey all their passion for their work and love for their vineyards. Forget the “classic” wines from the wine list but get ready to taste unique and frighteningly good wines, all accompanied by excellent local gastronomic specialties. In case it's not clear, it was an INSANE experience! Super super super recommended!
