1 Rushed wine tasting, not as described (Richardson)I paid for 4 adults and 6 children to enjoy a wine tasting experience including food pairings, a tour of the winery advertised to have horse stables, a deer park, the vineyards, and the internal area with the casks. Or so I thought. When we arrived, we were seated outside immediately (no tour). The hostess brought four wine glasses (nothing for the children) and a board with some meat and cheese on it (the sum total of the food provided for all 10 people). I asked if the children might have something to drink. She brought one bottle of water (for 10 people) and 4 cups (for 10 people). When she brought our wine, I asked if we could please have more water and more cups. After about 15 minutes she had not yet brought this so I went inside and found her texting on her phone. When I asked about the tour, she said she'd walk us around after our third wine, but she was currently busy helping another group (which turned out to be one other couple inside, who might have also enjoyed a tour). And actually, she was texting on her phone. She finally walked us only to the processing building (no vineyards, no horse stables, no duck pond) and she continued texting on her phone while we followed her to the building with the barrels and casks. I was thoroughly unimpressed and frankly embarrassed. I had booked this as a treat for my brother's family who was visiting and it was our last night together. I wanted to show them some of the charm, beauty, and excellent wines in the region. We ended

5 Great wine in a romantic location. (Aidan)We enjoyed a beautiful afternoon that extended into a lovely evening. During the tasting we were served three white wines and two red. Including their amazing, award winner; Refossa. The guided tour of the winery was informative and fun. We had plenty of time to walk around the premises and saw the horses, deer and peacocks. Our guide; Ilda, really made the experience special. The time flew by, as Ilda served delicious wine and authentic conversation. Highly recommended, especially for people staying in Venice as you can reach it within an hour by car.

The wines offered were lovely, accompanied by a platter full of excellent local products. The stay at the property was just as pleasant. The room overlooking the olive grove was comfortable and spacious.

5 Another perfect night (ELENA)For the second year we have returned to this establishment that is, to say the least, perfect. The tour of the cellars and the wine tasting were conducted by Ilda, an exceptional girl for her professionalism, helpfulness, and kindness, which once again made the experience a very pleasant moment. The restaurant inside the establishment offers quality, kindness, and professionalism. All this surrounded by peace and tranquility, what we were looking for here we found once again.

We spent 2 really pleasant hours with some very interesting explanations, as it was our first time at a winery and we were complete newbies to how a winery works. We immediately felt at ease, thanks especially to the guide (Nuria?), who was skilled, friendly, welcoming and kind. The wines were good and distinctive, in fact at the end of the tasting we bought a couple of bottles, the platter of snacks was fabulous and we appreciated that every now and then the guide left us alone to chat and comment on this experience in "our own way" without having someone always present. 5 A perfect night (ELENA)The experience at the Fossa Mala agriturismo was superlative. Ilda was uniquely kind and helpful. Her hospitality, the timing in serving us the wines (we took advantage of the tasting of 5 wines, of which we bought 2), were perfect. The property as a whole is nothing short of splendid, the rooms new, well-kept, with a veranda overlooking the vineyards, a world of total relaxation. We had dinner in the restaurant and here too, the kindness, professionalism, and quality of the food were truly priceless. A breakfast rich with every good thing and always restocked. Finally, our check-out was also handled by a kind, thoughtful lady who completed this perfect experience!!! Thank you so much.

First experience with Piwi wines, very interesting, especially thanks to the explanations provided by the person who welcomed us, a very kind and knowledgeable young woman. The wines were highly appreciated, special mention for the only (for now) red wine, a spectacle. The tasting of the paired local products gave that extra touch, everything was very good and above all zero-kilometer. We bought several products, very fair prices. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
