La Cantina degli Abissi
About the Winery
Bisson Winery was established in 1978 by Pierluigi Lugano, a Master of Arts and esteemed sommelier, who recognized the untapped potential in Ligurian wines. Inspired by his childhood experience of making wine, Pierluigi began purchasing grapes from local farmers along the Eastern Ligurian coast. Through innovative winemaking techniques, he revived native varietals like "Bianchetta Genovese" and "Ciliegiolo" and introduced new creations like "Musaico." Today, Bisson Winery owns its vineyards, ensuring full control over quality and cultivating with minimal pesticide use to guarantee authenticity and excellence.

Excellent
Excellent aperitivo
Good wines and aperitivo products in generous portions and of high quality. We will definitely come back if we have the chance.
Excellent tasting in the greenery, perfect even for beginners!
Highly recommended for those who are approaching the world of wine for the first time. Take some time to enjoy the relaxing location and the surrounding greenery in addition to the tasting itself.
Instructive immersion in Liguria
An experience we recommend.
Everything was excellent!
Nice little visit to a vineyard in a village
The service was super polite with a good sense of humour. Their Granaccia was delicious, I would definitely recommend tasting that one!
I was hoping for better
Perhaps the tasting is not very proportional to the price paid.
